Rustic Property Building

A rustic property building is considered a “traditional” building style. This could be, for instance, a very mallorcan building style, using stones and wooden windows as doors. The traditional way of construction has also the advantage that it delivers more living comfort, as the use and functionality of the rooms stands over its aspect. This does not mean that the traditional, rustic building style is not nice. On the contrary, it is very indicated (and in some areas even obligated) to build in a traditional style which stands in more accordance with the mallorcan country style living. But don’t get wrong, nowadays the “luxury” rustic living style is becoming a trendy, very comfortable and original way of living in Mallorca.
